「聘珍樓」創立於1884年，是 “一個匯聚出色，傑出人士並珍而重之的地方”，為日本國內最歷史悠久的中菜餐館。香港聘珍樓則於1988年創立，現時分店坐落於鑽石山荷里活廣場及觀塘創紀之城六期。
